Settlement arrangements
You can pay for your purchase by one of the following payment methods: non-cash money transfer:
The Buyer shall pay for the ordered Goods and/or Services within 3 (three) business days of receipt of the Order Confirmation and the Invoice Note or Invoice. If the Buyer fails to pay the Invoice or Invoice within 3 (three) working days, a reminder will automatically be sent to the e-mail address specified in the User’s account.
When paying by bank transfer, it is obligatory to indicate the Order number which is shown on the Invoice or Invoice.
The payments under the Contract shall be deemed to have been made when the Seller has received the amount specified in the Invoice/Invoice/Monthly Invoice in its current account with a credit institution.
The Seller shall be entitled to unilaterally, without notice to the Buyer, cancel the Order and cancel the reservation of the Goods and/or Services if the Buyer’s payment for the Goods and/or Services has not been received within 5 (five) business days after sending the reminder.
Delivery
When placing an order for Goods/Services, the Buyer has the option to choose the delivery date as indicated in the online store veikals.energrid.lv.The Seller shall deliver the Goods from Monday to Friday from 10.00. 9:00 to 18:00. The Seller shall only deliver the Goods in a specific region as specified in the Delivery Section. The Seller is entitled to change the delivery region. The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the main entrance of the address specified in the Buyer’s order.
The Buyer, who has chosen to collect the Goods locally at the warehouse, may collect the Goods within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt by the Seller of payment for the Order. Goods shall be delivered within 3 (three) working days of payment of the Order or such later delivery date as the Buyer may choose.
If the Buyer is a legal person, the Seller shall deliver the goods/services to the address specified by the Buyer and the Buyer shall ensure that its representative accepts the goods/services. The seller does not have to verify the identity of the persons at the place of delivery who accept the goods/services.
The seller will do everything possible to deliver your order within the agreed time, but this is not always possible. The Seller shall not be liable for failure to meet the delivery time if the deviation is due to the Buyer or other unavoidable (traffic, road repairs, etc.) circumstances.
The Seller will use its best endeavours to fulfil the order in full. If the Seller finds that the ordered goods are sold out, the Seller shall be entitled to contact the Buyer using the communication tool specified by the Buyer for the replacement of the ordered but not available goods.
If the Buyer cannot be reached on the scheduled delivery time/day and the Seller’s courier is unable to deliver the goods/services to the Buyer, the courier shall proceed with the scheduled journey and the goods shall be returned to the Seller’s warehouse.
If the goods are returned to the Seller’s warehouse due to the Buyer’s fault, the same goods shall be delivered to the Buyer on the next working day.
If the goods cannot be handed over to the Buyer for the reasons set out above, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the delivery costs from the amount to be refunded to the Buyer.
Upon acceptance of the courier goods from the Seller, the Buyer shall check the condition of the consignment, the conformity of the delivered goods with the order and the accompanying delivery document. If the Buyer has not objected to the foregoing, the consignment shall be deemed to have been delivered as ordered and in good condition.
In cases where the Buyer has noticed at the time of acceptance of the goods that the consignment does not contain the correct quantity of goods or that the goods delivered do not correspond to the goods ordered and this is not stated in the accompanying document, the Buyer shall inform the Seller’s courier of this at the time of acceptance of the goods. If the goods are of poor quality, the Buyer shall not accept such goods and shall return them to the Seller’s courier. Any money paid for returned goods will be refunded to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed procedure.
